(a)The Satartia highway
(S433)bridge, mile 53.3 at Satartia, shall open on signal if at least two hours notice is given. When a vessel has given notice and fails to arrive within the two hour period specified, the drawtender shall remain on duty for two additional hours and open the draw if the requesting vessel appears. After this time, an additional two hour notice is required.
(b)The draws of the bridges upstream from the Satartia highway
(S433)bridge shall open on signal if at least four hours notice is given. When a vessel has given notice and fails to arrive within the four hour period specified, the drawtender shall remain on duty for two additional hours and open the draw if the requesting vessel appears.
